CRE Matrix & CREDAI National are pleased to present the India Office Report for Q2 CY'26, offering an in-depth analysis of India's commercial office market and the key trends shaping the sector. India's Grade A office stock reached 1.10 billion sq. ft. in H1 CY'26, while gross leasing stood at 42.6 msf, outpacing fresh supply by 1.5x. Pan-India Grade A office vacancy declined to 15.2%, the lowest level recorded in the last eight consecutive quarters, reflecting sustained occupier demand and strengthening market fundamentals. Bengaluru and Pune together accounted for 49% of total leasing demand and 57% of new supply, while Co-working (27%) emerged as a key demand driver, closely following IT/ITeS (31%). Additionally, 42% of India's under-construction Grade A office pipeline through CY'31 is concentrated in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, highlighting their long-term growth potential.
