India's Co-working sector has undoubtedly turned out to be the most defining CRE segment. While the number of players and spaces in this segment have seen a spurt in recent years, we believe it is time to look at how the gross margins vary across these spaces in top Indian cities using commercial lease data from CRE Matrix and flexi-desk prices from websites of Co-working players.
